We offer over 130 courses and qualifications at a variety of levels. From entry-level foundation studies that help you prepare for study; to hands-on technical training in vocational subjects (such as trades, horticulture, cooking); diplomas and degrees in a broad range of subjects (such a nursing, physiotherapy, social practice, science, business, information technology, media arts, and sport science); and postgraduate and master's qualifications in many specialist fields.

Hairdressing

We provide relevant and practical skills that will open doors in the world of hairdressing. Hairdressers consult with clients about the style or cut they want. They wash, cut, colour and blow wave clients' hair; advise on products and treatments for hair and scalp; and clean and sanitise equipment. Hairdressers may also be involved in doing the banking, helping train other staff members, and preparing for industry competitions.

You will be the go-to for women during pregnancy, labour, birth and for several weeks after. You will provide support and advice during one of the biggest milestones in a woman’s life. As a midwife your days will be spent educating women on pregnancy, birth and parenting, organising and discussing ultrasounds and blood tests, referring to other specialists when necessary, prescribing medication for labour, examining and caring for newborn babies and advising on breastfeeding, immunisations, contraception and general mother and baby health. You will graduate with an internationally recognised qualification and the knowledge needed to own your own business as a midwife. You will have the chance to care for women and their babies and learn about the midwifery profession through applying classroom learning in practice.
