What do you enjoy about teaching/your job?

What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners’ lives and futures. I find it incredibly rewarding to help students grow in confidence and capability, especially when they begin to see their own potential. I also enjoy the collaborative nature of academic work — whether it's working with colleagues to improve curriculum design, mentoring newer staff, or engaging in research that contributes to our field. Every day brings a new challenge or opportunity to learn, and that keeps the work both stimulating and fulfilling.

What do you love about your area?

I love that my work allows me to inspire and empower others through education. Teaching gives me the chance to make a real difference — not just by sharing knowledge, but by helping students develop critical thinking, confidence, and a sense of purpose. I also enjoy the constant learning that comes with the role. Every student, every class, and every challenge helps me grow as an educator. It’s a dynamic, people-focused profession that keeps me engaged and motivated.
