What is it all about?

Ever wondered how to impress your family and friends by cooking a great 3 course Sunday lunch or Dinner ? 
This short 3 day course is designed to give you the skills, recipes and confidence to do just that. You will also experience the environment of a commercial kitchen and gain some tricks of the trade when it comes to putting on a gastronomic showcase which includes Artisan Breads, Roasting and serving Meats and Vegetables and of course finishing it off with a range of hot and cold desserts.  

 

What to bring and/or wear?

You will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens and will need to:

  • Wear long pants,
  • have covered-in shoes,
  • have hair tied back, and
  • have no facial jewellery or other jewellery on.​
