Our purpose-built, hospitality-training facilities include large commercial kitchens, a production kitchen, and a functioning restaurant with a seating capacity for 80. This restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining and a licensed bar and is open to the public, so our students get a chance to refine their trade on-the-job.
