This STAR experience includes unit standards. Students MUST attend all given dates to complete the assessment requirements.
What is it all about?
This one-day taster experience will guide you through coffee preparation. You will gain an understanding of commercial espresso coffee equipment and make popular drinks with it while being supervised.
What to bring and/or wear?
You will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens and will need to:
- Wear long pants,
- have covered-in shoes,
- have your hair tied back, and
- have no facial jewellery or other jewellery on.
