I am the programme coordinator for the New Zealand Dairy Processing Diploma at Wintec, where I collaborate closely with the dairy industry across Aotearoa New Zealand. With an academic foundation in physical chemistry and industry experience in Quality Assurance, I apply a diverse skill set to support teaching, research, and programme development. My role allows me to combine scientific knowledge with practical industry insights to deliver high-quality education and foster meaningful partnerships. I am passionate about advancing dairy processing education to make a positive contribution to New Zealand’s dairy sector.
