What do you enjoy about teaching/your job?
The part that really rewards me as a teacher is when I see the joy of learning and achievement in the face of the learner. In younger learners, this is easy to see. In an adult learner, this joy is more subtle. You usually know it, when the say, “Thank you teacher, that was a good class”.
