Open Day Tōia Mai 2022
Our annual Open Day hosts people from around the Waikato region and beyond across our City and Rotokauri campuses.
From educating and caring for young children to teaching adults, the goals of education remain the same - to deliver both information and inspiration. Students will experience those goals first-hand from some of the most inspirational educators in the business, when they study one of our education programmes.
Wintec education programmes have a high level of practicum, teaching students what they need to know to succeed as well as giving them plenty of opportunities to put theory into practice.
To check what you need to gain entry to a course, review the entry criteria available on each programme page. These assist you in understanding what qualifications or experience are typically required to gain entry. You can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0800 2 Wintec at any time for further guidance.
The Centre for Education and Foundation Pathways can provide you with:
The platform to:
World class education and training in teacher education, adult education, early childhood education and on-going professional development of teachers.
The Wintec Prospectus (otherwise known as a course guide) outlines everything you need to know about Wintec. It contains information about the Wintec campuses, student life, and the programmes that are on offer.
