IELTS Centre

IELTS is recognised by more than 10,000 universities and employers in many countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. It is also recognised by professional bodies, immigration authorities and other government agencies. More than 3.5 million tests were delivered in 2018.

Candidates are advised to check with the Recognising Organisation about required scores. Please note that your passport is the only accepted form of ID.

Complaints procedures 
Test Day Staff must receive complaints from candidates regarding their test on test day. You must complete a Candidate Complaint Form. IELTS will not accept complaints about the test after results have been released. Any complaints will be followed up within two working days by the Test Centre.

Cancellation/transfer policy 
If you transfer to a new test date less than six weeks before your booked test, there is a fee (outlined below). If you are sick on the day of the test and can not sit the test, you must provide the IELTS Centre with a medical certificate dated the same day as the test. 

Enquiry on Results (EOR)
If you are unhappy with your results, you may apply for a re-mark within six weeks of the test date. Your test papers will be re-marked independently by a senior examiner. You must return your original TRF to the Test Centre and fill out the request form provided upon request. The EOR Fee is $199, but you will get the money back if the score changes.

Extra Test Report Forms (TRFs) 
Candidates may request up to 10 TRFs for recognising organisations before the test free of charge. After sitting the test, additional copies have a fee (outlined below).
