Where are we?

Wintec has three campuses in Hamilton as well as facilities at Thames and the Otorohanga Trade Training Centre.

The City and Rotokauri campuses also have a range of fantastic venues that are available to accommodate events of various sizes and styles. Visit the Venues page for more information.

Hamilton City Campus

Our City Campus is located in the heart of Hamilton’s CBD. There is onsite accommodation and snack spots throughout the Hub, with eateries, shops, the Waikato River, Hamilton’s Lake Rotoroa, and public transport just a short walk away.

The main Wintec Library and the Gallagher Hub are at the City Campus.

Hamilton Rotokauri Campus

The Rotokauri Campus (51 Akoranga Road) is about 10 minutes drive north of the CBD and is set on a 56 hectare site.

If you want to study sport science, trades, engineering, animal care or hospitality and cookery, you’ll be based out at our Rotokauri Campus. You’ll be learning in some of the best purpose-built facilities in New Zealand and relaxing in a modern Student Hub with access to a library, computers and coffee.

Horticulture Education Centre (Hamilton Gardens Campus)

The Horticulture Education Centre is located at the famous Hamilton Gardens.
