What is it all about?

This is a great introduction to tertiary study in the hospitality field, providing real insight into a career in this fast-paced and exciting industry. Students will experience what it's like to be a Wintec student on campus and get a taste of the day-to-day running of a kitchen as they prepare an assortment of dishes.

What to bring/wear?

Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens. They must wear long pants, have leather-topped shoes, hair is to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery is to be worn​.
