*Students will need to be at least 15 years of age to enter our trades workshops due to health and safety requirements.

What is it all about?

Do you want to experience engineering in the area of civil, mechanical, electrical or electronics? A career in the engineering industry explores how knowledge, skills and technology can better serve individuals and communities.

Throughout this workshop, you will be able to try out several engineering disciplines and determine which of these engineering pathways you would like to pursue in your future career. You will be given the opportunity to learn about bridge design and build a small electric system. 

What to bring and/or wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear.

Note, if you have long hair, it must be tied back. Loose clothing, ballet flats, jandals, and sneakers are not permitted in the workshop.
