Demonstrate knowledge of and prepare espresso beverages using commercial espresso coffee equipment
What is it all about?
This course is both practical and theory-based. Students will develop a knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and make popular drinks made using espresso equipment under supervision.
What to bring/wear?
Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens. They must wear long pants, have leather-topped shoes, hair is to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.
