Demonstrate knowledge of and prepare espresso beverages using commercial espresso coffee equipment
What's it all about?
This course is both practical and theory based. Students will develop a knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and make popular drinks made using espresso equipment under supervision.
Star Experiences longer than 1 day in duration and include Unit Standards
A student must attend on the first day. If they do not, they cannot continue with the course (this is due to staffing resource and the time it requires to catch students up). Your school will be invoiced on the number of students booked to attend.
What to bring / wear?
Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens, they must wear long pants, have leather topped shoes, hair to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.
NOTE: We will require student names prior to the course.
