Demonstrate knowledge of and prepare espresso beverages using commercial espresso coffee equipment
What's it all about?
This course is both practical and theory based. Students will develop a knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and make popular drinks made using espresso equipment under supervision.

What to bring / wear?
Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens. They must wear long pants, have leather topped shoes, hair is to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.
