Māori and Pasifika Trade Training
Wintec and four partners have formed a consortium to oversee the operation of Waikato Maori Pasifika Trades Training (MPTT). Waikato Tainui represents our Māori communities, K’aute Pasifika represents the Pasifika peoples, BCITO represents Industry Training Organisations, and OneStaff represent employers.
The Consortium maintains a large group of strategic partners listed below including employers, recruiters, iwi, community groups, industry organisations and government organisations.
Wintec has signed a partnership agreement with iwi, community and industry partners to create more opportunity for Māori and Pasifika people wanting to pursue a career in trades.
