Ramp Gallery exhibition “Te Ao Mariko” explores ideas around how Te Ao Māori engages with the ever-increasing virtual and digital worlds within which we spend most of our time and vice versa.
Wintec welcomes the announcement of the Government’s Targeted Training and Apprenticeships Fund (TTAF). This fund offers free apprenticeships and industry training for anyone starting their study from July 2020 in specified, high-demand industries.
Are you looking to make your first step into a trade or vocational study? Or have you always thought about retraining, but it never seemed the right time to do it? With more courses offered for free than ever before, now is a great time to get started. The fund allows students of all ages to study for free, and even if you have studied for free before under other schemes, you are still eligible.
The fund covers trades and industries such as construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, agriculture, horticulture, architectural technology, and manufacturing. Vocational courses, including community health and care work, are also covered.
Check out the list below of all the courses Wintec offers for free as part of this scheme.
