What do you enjoy about teaching/your job?

I am passionate about nursing and best practice and feel that is such a privilege to care for people in some of their most vulnerable times of their lives. Most of all that sometimes it is the small things that make the biggest difference.

What do you love about your area?

Mental health for older people is a challenging area to work in with the intertwining of physical and mental health, making some of the most complex client groups.

Tell us about your experience in the industry

Most recently working in the mental health sector with older adults. Including acute inpatient mental health, memory service, and most recently as CNS for Mental Health Services for Older People. I have worked on a variety of Midland Level projects, including in-depth involvement in the Midlands Dementia Pathway.
