Health Services

As New Zealand is now in Alert Level 1 we are planning on our services almost going back to normal. The following safety measures will need to be followed to keep everyone safe:

  • We continue to ask students and staff to phone ahead to book an appointment, especially if you are unwell with respiratory type symptoms, cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath.
  • Anyone with a booked appointment will be asked to sanitise their hands on entry and then directed by the receptionist to the appropriate waiting area.
  • If you have respiratory type symptoms, you will be asked to put on a mask.
  • Repeat prescriptions consults are still able to be provided by telephone, and your script sent electronically to your pharmacy.
  • Counselling appointments can be made by phoning 07 834 8869 or emailing
  • Flu vaccinations are still available for all patients, and you will need to phone first to book an appointment.

The Hamilton City clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am–3.30pm.

Rotokauri clinic is open only on Wednesdays 8.30am–3.30pm until the start of Semester 2. Semester 2 will see the clinic change back to previous operating hours.

How can you contact us:

  • Phone 07 834 8869 to speak to one of the reception team,
  • Email,
  • Message using the Patient Portal,
  • Please do not send emails to individual Health Services staff.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
