What is it?

A conditioning/ training program is a prescribed training regime designed to cater to the individual needs of the athlete based on their current capacities, capabilities and sporting or lifestyle goals.  

Why is it useful?

This 4 to 8 week periodised program will ensure that you get into peak condition based on your individual needs. A specific program makes sure you are getting the most out of your training and achieving maximum results. 

What will I receive?

A periodised 4 to 8-week program with an introductory session. The program will look at all areas of fitness from aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to resistance based work in the gym. 

Individual or Group Training Session

Price:

$60excl. GST per hour (individual)

 

$80excl. GST per hour (group of 2 or more)


What is it?

Individual (1 client) and group (2 or more clients) sessions are supervised training sessions catering to either individual or group needs and requirements of training. During this session you will be trained using cutting edge techniques and equipment.  

Why is it useful?

These sessions are designed to prepare the individual athlete and the group for sport performance.

What will I receive?
