What is it?

We will establish your reasons for the consultation. An assessment of your eating habits, training program, lifestyle factors, and medical history will be taken. This information will be used to provide individual nutritional recommendations to support your specific sporting goals/needs and enhance lifelong health.

Why is it useful?

  • Improving your everyday baseline diet to support your training, recovery and health
  • Changing body composition for weight loss, fat loss or muscle building that is in agreement with good health and performance
  • Nutrition for pre, during and post training and/or competition, to enhance exercise training capacity, endurance and performance
  • Periodise your nutrition to support your training program

What will you receive?

Safe, effective and evidence based individualised nutritional recommendations will be provided. These will guide you on what to eat/drink, how much and when, to best support your specific sporting goals, needs and health.

Three Day Diet Analysis

Price: $95excl. GST

What is it?

You will be asked to keep a detailed diet record of everything you eat and drink for three days. This will allow for a full analysis and evaluation of the nutritional quality of your diet. 

Why is it useful?

A three-day diet record accompanied by a training diary ascertains nutrient intakes, timing of intakes and food choices. It identifies what is working, what could be improved on and what isn’t working in your diet for best supporting your training, goals and health.

What will you receive?

A print out of your nutritional status and recommendations for how it could be improved to best support your training, goals and health. 

Supermarket Tour

Price: $95excl. GST/group (maximum of 6 people)

What is it?

A guided tour through the supermarket to help you choose foods that that will best support your training, goals and health while taking into full consideration lifestyle factors.

Why is it useful?

Learn how to read and understand food labels to make informed food choices, how to compare products to determine the best buy, how best to navigate your way around a supermarket, which foods will best support your training.  

What will you receive?

You will learn the most important factors to consider when going grocery shopping to support your lifestyle and specific goals, and why you should choose one food over another. 

Nutrition Workshops

Price: By Negotiation 

What is it?

Our interactive nutrition workshops are designed to accommodate large groups, organisations, and sports teams.

These sports specific, performance based nutrition workshops are facilitated by one or more of our sports nutritionists who specialise in teaching athletes, coaches and any other associated people about positive nutrition habits.

Our aim is to equip sportspeople with basic nutritional knowledge and skills to make the most of their training and reach their performance goals faster.

Excellent for whole teams. Perfect for groups of coaches who can then assist athletes in their team. And helpful for parents to fuel their children with what they need.
