2020 Wintec Student Ball

COVID update
We are committed to putting on a safe and enjoyable 2020 Wintec Student Ball for everyone who attends. Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak and ongoing event size restrictions, the 2020 Wintec Student Ball has been rescheduled to Saturday 7 November (instead of Friday 4 September). If you have already registered and are unable to attend the Ball on the new date, please email accommodation@wintec.ac.nz for a refund - this needs to be done by 1 September otherwise we will consider that you can attend on the new date. If you have any questions, contact us on the same email address.

 

Join us for a night of dancing, good food, drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol options), and good times with your friends. This year's theme is Winter Wonderland...

Where: The Atrium

When: Saturday 7 November 2020

Time: 7pm-10.30pm

Cost: $55 per person early-bird pricing if payment is received by Sunday 16 August; $65 per person if payment is received after this date. Cost includes entry to the Ball, music, food, and professional photographs that you will be given full and free digital access to. There will be a cash bar for you to purchase alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks.

Spaces are limited. Both registration and payment are required to secure your place. Payment needs to be made at the time of registration. Registrations are not possible after midday, Thursday 5 November 2020.

Payment is online via internet banking to Wintec Accommodation Services. Please make payment to 02-0316-0230048-00 with your name and "Ball" as the reference.
