This module introduces students to the underpinning theories, methods, methodologies, aims, ethics, and techniques involved in social research. As part of this module students will develop an understanding of social research, and its application, by examining and analysing relevant research examples. Students will further develop their understanding of social research by locating and interpreting social resarch as part of a literature review.
