1. Critique and analyse the major areas of project management
2. Analyse reasons for failures in IT projects
3. Apply metrics to analyse project profitability
4. Pass the Prince2 Foundation examination for certification - Teaching and Learning Strategy
- Teaching methods will involve theoretical and practical classes which may include, but are not limited to, lectures, tutorials, computer laboratory work, group activities and assignments. A significant proportion of teaching takes place in an online environment.
