In this module the student will develop an understanding of the process for removal of unwanted additives from the hair as well as demonstrating their understanding of how to neutralise unwanted colours from the hair. The student will be required to consult clients, identify the problem and determine the action that needs to be taken to meet clients' requirements. The student will demonstrate these skills to achieve the desired outcome.
