Prescription
This module provides opportunities for students to learn to converse in te reo Maori, and to develop social, personal and cultural knowledge and skills that will enable them to communicate more effectively with Maori, or in a formal Maori context. Students will also learn about whanau, hapu, and iwi as kinship structures and the effects of colonisation on whanau, hapu and iwi.
