This compulsory module aims to give students skills in summarising, displaying and analysing experimental data, and the ability to perform calculations commonly carried out in a standard laboratory. In addition, different sampling and documentation methods that ensure results reported are accurate and precise are discussed. The student will also learn how to write a laboratory report and to present information to the scientific community.
