1. Explain chemical properties and use of nail augmentation products
2. Identify and maintain tools used in a nail augmentation service
3. Perform fingernail / toenail augmentation service
4. Perform fingernail / toenail augmentation maintenance and removal
5. Evaluate clients needs and perform a manicure service
6. Evaluate clients needs and perform a pedicure service
7. Explain chemical properties of the raw ingredients used in a manicure and pedicure
service
8. Explain the anatomy and physiology of the nail structure
9. Identify and explain the bones of the hands, arm, leg and foot
10. Identify and explain the vascular system of the hands, arm, leg and foot
11. Identify and explain the muscles of the hands, arm, leg and foot
12. Analyse and identify contraindications of the hands, arm, leg and foot

- Maintenance and use of tools - tip cutters, brushes, files, buffers
