- • Construction detailing; ie retaining and contours, steps, waterfeatures, pools and spas, pergola and structure designs, material choices and specifying.

- Assessment is achievement based. Students need to attempt all elements of the assessment and gain at least 50% in each component of their portfolio to gain an overall pass.
