Manage the construction site and safety in relation to hard landscape construction in accordance with plans and contract specifications.

- -Management of construction process and maintenance aspects for a range of landscape structures and materials; including but not limited to;
-Stone work, as walling, retaining, steps, fireplace, gate pillars
-Brick and Block work, as walling, retaining, steps, fireplace, gate pillars, edging, pathways
-Concreting, as patios, driveways, foundations
-Drainage systems, issue analysis, solutions, for gardens, lawns, terraces, retaining, overflows
-Swimming pools and spa pools, as types, foundation requirements, finishing, fencing, laws, consents
-Green rooves, as systems, requirements, procedures
-Green walls, as systems, requirements, procedures
-Irrigation systems, system requirements, automation, programming
-Timber features, as complex design, spans, types, retaining, arbours, retaining
-Tiling, as requirements, procedures
-Steelwork, as uses, fitting, fixing, procedures, restrictions
-Lighting, as requirements, procedures

- Teaching and learning methods will be face to face delivery including; workshops, project-based interactive tasks, with group sessions, tutorials, on-line learning, work integration, and independent research for the creation of portfolios of evidence of learning.

The weight of the overall assessment is equally distributed across learning outcomes.
The portfolio of evidence will demonstrate the achievement of the required knowledge, competencies and capabilities across all the learning outcomes.
