-Health and Safety in Employment Act (HSE) Act 1992, The Animal Products Act 1999, and company quality, environmental and hygiene requirements
-Key external quality management controls
-Overseas Market Access Requirements (OMARs) and General Requirements for Export (GREXs) outlined by the Ministry of Primary Industries
-Sampling and testing regimes for dairy products - Teaching and Learning Strategy

Assessment in this module is achievement-based. The portfolio is comprised of multiple assessment tasks. To pass this module all tasks must be submitted and an overall minimum pass mark of 50 is required.
