-Reporting in a format consistent with workplace procedures.
-Communicating effectively to provide sufficient detail to enable business decision making and planning.

Teaching and Learning Strategy
Face to face delivery, including lectures, workshops, and tutorials and small group sessions, either on site or through methods such as interactive video conferencing. Flexible and blended delivery modes will be used which best meet the requirements of the learner and the learning outcomes.
