This module aims to facilitate the development of the student's personal and professional nursing identity and their abilities as effective group participants in nursing and healthcare situations. Students will be introduced to the concept of relational practice in nursing and the theories that underpin it. As communication in the context of relational practice is fundamental to professional nursing relationships students will explore concepts and processes of communication.
