To allow the student to develop networks with other allied professionals to support client outcomes, with an emphasis on providing appropriate referrals and follow-up actions. This module includes 15 hours of work based learning.

- The teaching and learning material may incorporate workshop activities, laboratory tasks, lectures, online research, training videos, tutor directed learning, and student managed learning, individual and group work. The assignments will encourage reflection on important concepts taught throughout the course.
- Assessment Criteria
- To pass this module student must complete all assessments and accumulate an overall module mark of no less than 50.
