Describe the role of NCNZ Standards of Competence and the Code of Conduct in guiding professional and ethical behaviour in enrolled nursing practice. Analyse principles of sustainability and integrate them into nursing practices to support improved health care provision, including consideration of Te Ao Maori perspectives. Explain safe, ethical, and legal requirements for enrolled nursing practice in Aotearoa New Zealand. Describe and discuss a range of culturally inclusive communication strategies to build effective, respectful relationships with health consumers and their whanau.
