Learning Outcomes
LO1 Use a range of evaluation tools for the purpose of collecting data for reflection on own facilitation practice in accordance with organisational needs.
LO2 Review own practice against moderation and stakeholder feedback; and good practice criteria to identify areas for improvement.
LO3 Develop an action plan to address identified areas for improvement of own practice.
