What's it all about?

This is a great introduction to tertiary study in the Hospitality field, providing real insight into a career in this fast-paced and exciting business. Students experience what it's like to be a student on campus and get a taste of the day-to-day running of a kitchen as they prepare an assortment of dishes.


What to bring / wear?

Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens, they must wear long pants, have leather topped shoes, hair to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn​.

NOTE: We will require student names prior to the course.
