What is it all about?

This is a great introduction to tertiary study in the hospitality field, providing real insight into a career in this fast-paced and exciting business. Students experience what it's like to be a student on campus and get a taste of the day-to-day running of a restaurant.

What to bring/wear?

Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens. They must wear long pants, have leather-topped shoes, hair is to be tied back, and no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.​
