What do you enjoy about teaching/your job?
I enjoy being part of the Media Arts team, helping the staff and students when they need my support.
What do you love about your area?
I love how friendly and supportive the staff are, as well as the creativity, talent and passion that I see in the Wintec Media Arts students.
Tell us about your experience in the industry
I have a background in teaching with a Bachelor of Education with experience in early childhood and primary schools; as well as working in an administrative/marketing role for the last few years.
I am also a past student from the Wintec School of Media Arts and completed a Graduate Diploma in Communication/Design.What keeps you busy outside of Media Arts?
Spending my free time with my family and friends when I can keeps me busy since a lot of my family are scattered over the North Island – I love a good road trip! If I ever get snippets of time to do something creative, it is probably a design project or playing the piano.
