About

My family and I really love living in New Zealand after we emigrated here in 2018. We find there is so much nature to explore on our doorstep. One of my hobbies is mindfulness, and I qualified as a mindfulness teacher in 2019. I believe that combining my passion for midwifery, alongside mindfulness helps extend my expertise in applying wisdom, clarity, and compassion in practice.

Tell us about your experience in the industry

Within my 19-year career, I have enjoyed working across the whole scope of midwifery including recently as a Core Midwife Coordinating at the Delivery Suite in Tauranga, and in the UK teaching as a Midwifery Practice Educator. Prior to this, I treasured the time spent as a community midwife and working in a birth centre over several years. I have also taught on the PROMPT programme.
