About

I have ten years of experience as a mixed animal veterinary clinician, including onboarding new staff, treatment planning and client relations. As a naturally enthusiastic person, I get a genuine kick out of connecting with people to collaborate on course details or teach new skills. Having worked in rural and urban areas, as well as internationally, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how animals positively affect human wellbeing and how we can positively influence their lives and create harmonious lifestyles for all.

What do you enjoy about teaching/your job?

I love creating environments where people have space to think critically and solve problems. I find education is the foundation of building competence within an industry, which then allows students to enter their chosen career with confidence.

What do you love about your area?

Tell us about your experience in the industry

I have a special interest in veterinary dermatology, which has helped me relieve many itchy pets, as well as write my thesis on Managing the Atopic Dog with Essential Fatty Acids and Probiotics.
