The Legal Context (Personal Lending) Micro-Credential will help learners understand their legal requirements and obligations to work in the personal lending industry. While it is designed predominantly for people working in, or planning to work in, personal lending in any industry, it is anticipated that the majority of learners will be from the automotive industry, including motor vehicle dealerships and automotive finance companies.
