Tihei Mauri Ora.

My name is Kimiorangi, I am a kaiāwhina from Te Kete Kōnae (TKK), a part of the student experience team here at Wintec.

My role is to provide non-academic support to our tauira (students). That means, any emotional support, budgeting support, financial support, and housing. I can also help with Iwi registrations and helping you to connect with and/or understand how you fit into Wintec and Te Ao Maori or I can just be a listening ear when you need it.

I understand that as a student your life outside of Wintec carries on and that sometimes those challenges impact on your studies, regardless of how big or small the situation may be please don't hesitate to contact me. If I can't help, I'll be able to point you in the direction of those who can.

I’m based in the Te Kete Kōnae office (in the Hub, City Campus) Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.

Please don’t be shy to come say hi if you see me around!
