Kia ora, my name is Cherie and I am the Academic Administrator for the Student Experience team.

My role is to provide student-centred customer service to students as I am the first port of call for any issues relating to your study and can guide you to the correct staff member or service. I coordinate the day to day administration by booking appointments, answering the phone, attending to emails, sending texts, and much more.
