And because we live in such a vibrant city like Hamilton, there’s always something exciting happening whatever your interest might be.
Life on Campus
There's so much you can be involved in on campus. When you're not hitting the books and busy with study, you can join the party at student orientation, play a game of volleyball with your mates on campus, grab a feed from one of our onsite cafes, surf the net in the hub or attend a cultural festival.
Life in Hamilton

Studying in Hamilton, you'll be close to everything you want to be part of! Beaches, mountains, rivers, thermal pools, countryside, sport centres and adventure activities are an easy drive away. While in Hamilton itself, you've got shopping, cafés, nightlife and the fun of city life.

Student feedback forums are currently facilitated in all Schools/Centres as a way for Head of School/Centre Director and Student Experience (Support Services) to stay connected with student needs and to stay well informed of any rising issues or concerns with students within their own individual areas.
Student representatives, on behalf of their peers, are able to provide feedback on areas which may impact on the quality of education in a module or programme.
This is also a key way students can feel "heard" and ensures we stay attuned to our "customers' needs" on a regular basis. Ensuring our students feel valued is a key component of student retention.
