This unit standard is intended for the training and assessment of electricians beyond basic trade level, and covers preparation of quotations for electrical work. People credited with this unit standard have demonstrated: - knowledge of the commercial and legal aspects of estimates, quotations and contracts; - ability to estimate quantities for electrical work; and - ability to prepare commercially sound quotations for electrical work.
