1.Manage operations to achieve requirements of an amenity seasonal management plan in accordance with organizational requirements.
Content
?Seasonal management plan amendments as required to achieve objectives, targets and parameters, documentation of changes
?Routine reporting to clients and/or managers and/or stakeholders on progress and changes to seasonal management plan prescribed formats; verbal, written, electronic
?Safety management of staff, and public
?Professional, ethical, socially and culturally appropriate behavior with clients and team
?Relational management with stakeholders; written, oral both internal and external, including complaints and conflict resolution
?Leadership and relational management skills integrated with technical skills.
Assessment Criteria
?Assessment must be conducted in the context of a real or realistic amenity organization of sufficient complexity
?Assessments must be for two different amenity sites and two different uses
?Assessment must be carried out on an amenity site (i.e. park, garden, garden), with a specified use (i.e. aesthetics, establishment of plantings maintenance or plantings, regeneration, revegetation, events; garden tours, weddings)

The portfolio of evidence will demonstrate the achievement of the required knowledge, competencies and capabilities across all learning outcomes.
