To introduce students to the natural landforms, fauna and flora of Aotearoa New Zealand, providing them with a learning experience that examines outdoor instruction based on the Aotearoa New Zealand environment. Also to examine the process and impact of weather and its implications on conservation practices for the student (and others) engaged in adventure activity.
