Following the satisfactory completion of this module students will be able to:
1. Develop keyboarding techniques to key-in alpha and numeric text, symbols and special characters, using a standard alpha-numeric keyboard
2. Identify and apply keyboarding techniques and ergonomic practices to avoid overuse injuries
3. Demonstrate care and maintenance of work station in relation to keyboarding operation
4. Demonstrate knowledge of the uses and features of spreadsheets
5. Create a computer spreadsheet file using labels, values and mathematical formulae
6. Use technology as a tool for enhancing study and assignment preparation and presentation - Content
