Following the satisfactory completion of this module students will be able to :
1.Identify and discuss basic principles of learning

4.Identify own preferred learning style
5.Identify, and implement learning strategies to promote own use of a variety of learning styles
6.Describe right brain and left brain thinking styles
7.Apply an integrated 'whole brain' problem solving strategy in relation to improving own study skills
8.Demonstrate effective use of time in relation to own and/or group priorities
9.Demonstrate methods to facilitate efficient use of time in dealing with priorities
10.Describe stress and its common sources and effects
