Prescription
The purpose of this module examines the role of the documentary photographer. Discussions center on how we read documentary images, the cultural interface in New Zealand and the impact of digital technologies. The student will be equipped with the research skills, technical knowledge and editing skills necessary to produce their own body of documentary photographs. The student will locate their work within historical and current practices.
