Learning Outcomes
1. Outline stock management systems used in a distribution facility and how these contribute to processing of inwards goods, picking and dispatch of customer orders.
2. Identify and apply effective stock management practices.
3. Identify and manage risks associated with stock management.

Assessment Criteria
This module is assessed using achievement-based assessment. Students must attempt all achievement-based assessment tasks, gain a minimum mark of 80% for the practical assessment, and an overall mark of 50% in order to pass and receive credit for this module.

A reading and resources list will be supplied by the tutor at the commencement of the module. This will be updated annually. Resources will include:
